Donation Bonanza

This December has been like no other, there have been days when we were just overwhelmed, despite having extra volunteers in we could not cope with the amount of donations coming in and the demand for parcels. If you follow us on face book you may think all we do is drink coffee and eat bacon sarnies, ( nice photo’s) they were very welcome breaks after a hectic morning. Apart from the donations we knew about both individuals and businesses would just turn up, at times there was a que of people waiting to make donations such was the overwhelming support we received. Once again a very big heart felt THANKYOU to you all. There have been a lot of very happy people over the Christmas period who may well have struggled without your donations. Thankyou also to all of you who offered to help. The down side is we have run out of storage space, (getting to the kettle is not so easy now, not that we have time for a coffee break) we are all greatfull for a few days rest, and we look forward to being here to help you in 2025.  Happy New Year.
